US Returns & Exchanges - Our Policy
We hope you love everything you order from FuzzYard but hey, we get it… sometimes things just don’t work out.
Because our products come in a range of shapes and sizes, we always recommend checking the individual product measurements and our size guides before ordering.
If for some reason a product is not 100% what you had in mind, we're more than happy to arrange for a refund within 90 days of purchase, so long as the product is unused*
*An unused product is one that is in its original packaging and unwashed or unused by a dog.
Our Online Returns policy*
To start the returns process for US orders, download our US Returns Form within 90 days of purchase and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Please note, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Wrong Product?
If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our customer service at howdy@fuzzyard.com along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. A customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the returns process. Please do not send any products back without contacting us.
Refund Process
FuzzYard will refund the value of your item via the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

As this is an outlet offering a range of discounted and clearance products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
