RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love everything you order from FuzzYard, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out.
FuzzYard products come in a number of different sizes. Please take extra care when selecting apparel and harnesses by carefully checking the size guides provided to the right of the product page or here. Please check the individual product descriptions for measurements of items such as collars, beds and feeding bowls.
Unlike your dog, we’re only human! If you do receive the wrong product/size or a faulty or damaged product please get in touch with us here.
- FuzzYard will happily receive returns within 30 days of you receiving your order
- All returns must be sent back with a completed Returns Form
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for all returns/exchanges to be processed
I would like to exchange my item as it is the wrong size.
We can only accept returned products if they are unused, still in their original packaging and with tags attached. We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items, we will automatically issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account for the value of the item purchased. You can then choose to go back online and purchase the correct size. Email our customer service team if you wish to return your product. The Returns Form must be completed and sent back with the returned product. You can download the Returns Form here. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
I would like to return my product as it isn’t what I thought.
We can only accept returned products if they are unused, still in their original packaging and with tags attached. Once the item has been returned you will be issued a refund for the value of the item. Email our customer service team if you wish to return your product. The product I ordered is faulty/damaged. What do I do?
If the item you have purchased is faulty please email our customer service team and include your order number with a photo and description of the faulty/damaged product. A customer service team member will then be in touch with you regarding the Returns process. Please do not send faulty product back without contacting us.
I have received the wrong product. What do I do?
If you have received an incorrect item, please email our customer service team and include your order number and description of what you have incorrectly received and a customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the Returns Process.
Will I need to cover the cost of postage back to FuzzYard for my return order?
We’ll happily cover the cost of return postage only if you have received the incorrect product or if your product has arrived damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of shipping for change of mind or size.
Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they are receipted back by FuzzYard. We highly recommend you send returned products through registered post with tracking.
It can take a few days for your order to come back to us, so hang tight! We’ll send you an email once we have received your item.
